  • I forgot my password, could you help me?

    Click on “Forgot your password?” on the Login section, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

  • Do I need a special device to watch a film?

    No, if you have access to a PC with Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, a Mac with MacOS 10.12 or later, an iPhone, an iPad or an Android tablet or phone, you will be able to use the platform and enjoy the films.

  • Can I watch films using any browser?

    Yes, the platform works in Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Opera but we recommend using the latest version of your browser as earlier versions may not be supported.

  • I'm trying to watch a film but it's not available. Why?

    Some films are not available due to distribution rights, but you can contact the distribution company using the Print Sources page.

  • Are the films available during the period of the festival?

    Films will be available from 19 March until 31 March.

  • Are all films in English?

    Most films are screened in English or with English subtitles, but some of the events are only in Swedish.

  • Can I interact with other guests?

    Yes! Feel free to use the chat on the bottom right corner.

  • I have questions about my stay in Malmö.

    Please, contact our Guest Department at guest@buff.se or visit the Festival Centre at Hotel Noble House.

  • Do I need tickets to attend film screenings or events?

    No. You only need to show your accreditation badge at the entrance of the theatre. We have reserved several seats for accredited guests.
